Comunn Gàidhlig Astràilia Inc. Raffle 2013

See the results of CGA's raffle, which was drawn on 26 Jan 2014. The winner of the Quilt first prize was Ann McKeown, a member of Clan Donald Society NSW. The winner of the second prize, a coffee table book of Scottish photography by Max Milligan, was Margaret Sharpe of the Celtic Council of Australia.

Gaelic Development in Nova Scotia!

CGA is happy to announce that Catriona Parsons President of the Gaelic Council of Nova Scotia will be giving a talk to bring us the latest developments in Gaelic in Nova Scotia on 28 January 2014. The talk will be held at 7.30pm, in the venue which is the same as for her workshops - St Francis Xavier Parish Hall, 17 MacKenzie St Lavender Bay.

Fundraising Appeal for a Teacher of Scottish Gaelic at Sydney University

Comunn Gàidhlig Astràilia is supporting the Celtic Studies Foundation in an attempt to raise enough money to fund a teacher of Scottish Gaelic at Sydney University on an ongoing basis.
